This magnificent Van Cleef & Aprels ring is inspired by the elegant shape of the metal ball used in the French game of boules. The ring is crafted in 18k yellow gold and pave-set with brilliant-cut round diamonds of an estimated 4.53 carats and faceted red rubies of an estimated 6.01 carats. Made in France circa 1990s.
